
Bio Zealer Z is an endodontic sealer cement composed of various mineral oxides, zirconium oxide, and titanium dioxide in small hydrophilic particles for easy mixing and application.
INDICATIONS:
Indicated for sealing endodontically treated root canals, pulp capping, pulpotomies, and internal resorption treatment.
ATTRIBUTES:
Mineral trioxide + zirconium-based endodontic cement, suitable for use with any gutta-percha obturation technique.
Highly biocompatible, non-resorbable, and dimensionally stable. Free of bismuth oxide.
Bioactive, releasing calcium hydroxide, promoting the differentiation and migration of hard tissue-producing cells, stimulating mineralization.
Antibacterial and antifungal action due to its alkalinity (pH 12).
Forms hydroxyapatite (apatite carbonate) on the sealer’s surface, providing a biological seal to the dentin.
High adhesion to dentin and sealing capacity, comparable to epoxy resin-based sealers.
Radiopaque and hydrophilic, setting in the presence of moisture and in contact with body fluids.
Non-mutagenic and non-neurotoxic.
Easy handling. Solubility, plasticity, and working time meet ADA Specification No. 57 (American Dental Association).
