MPF UltraSep

MPF UltraSep is an advanced insulation solution designed for superior separation of acrylic materials in dental labs. The product dries in just 30 seconds, and a second layer can be applied for enhanced separation, particularly in undercut areas. To maximize efficiency, blocking undercuts before application is recommended.

For removal, a pneumatic air compressor can provide leverage, followed by steaming to eliminate excess material. However, resin or filament models should not be overexposed to steam to avoid warping. MPF UltraSep should be stored at room temperature and has a two-year shelf life.
