DentalTest DT100: Dental Implants Quality Station: System for monitoring dimensions, surface and marking
DentalTest DT100 is a flexible solution for monitoring Dental Implants/Abutments. A Dental Implant Quality Station, based on artificial vision technology using neutral networks (Deep Learning), capable of performing precision dimensional control together with an analysis of aesthetic defects.
The equipment can be configured for multiple formats and allows the end user to add new models directly.
Its small dimensions, an autonomy of more than 24 hours, make it easy to integrate with the customer's production process.
- Maximum Flexibility: The flexible feeding system allows us to work with a wide variety of product families
- Surface Inspection: The system features Deep Learning technology, which allows surface defects that cannot be detected with other traditional systems to be detected and inspected (with a fixed criterion). It has a greater capacity and reliability than that of a human being. In addition, it allows the machine to be extended with future learning and improvements.
Types of defects that we can detect:
- Marks/Scratches/Dents
- Non-homogeneous colour/Wrong anodizing/Leakage
- Dirt/Burrs
-Dimensional Control: Through artificial vision.
This system allows large number of mechanized coordinates to be supervised, recording any deflection from the corresponding error categories.
The viewing resolution is ±0.025 mm (with 1.67 CMK).
-Deep Learning: Based in artificial intelligence to learn defects. This system allows us to train and prepare the machine to learn new defects.
By training the system, we enhance the machine's capacity to identify new anomalies/defects. With continued training, the system becomes increasingly robust, significantly improving the precision and reliability of quality control for dental implants.
